Our 4-Step Restoration Process Will Get Your Home Restored ASAP!

1) Damage Assessment

Contact us immediately! We will arrive on site within 2 hours for emergency situations and assess the damage from the disaster. This will give us the information needed to build the right restoration plan for you. Additionally, we look at your insurance deductible and help walk you through filing a claim with your insurance carrier.

2) Disaster Mitigation

After we establish our mitigation plan we will begin the restoration process. This is time sensitive and often includes steps for drying and tear out. Our industry leading pack in and move out process is set up to move, relocate and record loss of inventory and belongings. This can range from 3-5 days, typically, but may vary.

3) Environmental Issues

If environmental issues such as mold, asbestos or sewage backups are identified we will begin to address those issues once the mitigation process is complete. This process typically takes 3-7 days. On referral from our carrier, Kathie contacted Restore Master. Despite the late hour, and the fact that we weren't the only ones contacting Restore Master with flooding events, Al came by to inspect the damage. His team, including Agra, soon arrived. The team set up an air scrubber (mold concern) and dehumidifier. They removed damaged carpeting and baseboard and then let the equipment work before they tackled the demolition portion of the job. Al and Agra completed the demolition in several hours over two days and their work was excellent. They protected all of our home, moved furniture for us, and left our damaged room clean and dry. Al and Agra are professional, friendly, and excellent at their work. Throughout the project, Al addressed all our concerns and answered all our questions and always asked if we had any additional questions. They are great representatives for Restore Master.

We shut off the water but were left with a wet mess.  After making a few calls, Restore Master was the only company who would come out and help right away. They cut a hole in the ceiling to access the damage, pulled down the wet insulation, and set up fans to dry everything out.  They were very careful about covering the countertops and flooring to protect them from additional damage.

We worked with Shelby Cain, Jr. regarding the cost to mitigate the damage and to provide costs to repair and restore the kitchen.  He was great!  The mitigation invoice was highly detailed, so we knew exactly what we were paying for.  After he provided us with a highly detailed repair estimate, we asked him to break it down into a couple of different estimates so we could handle the repair costs in stages (e.g., one estimate to replace the insulation and close the hole in the ceiling and a separate one to come back and paint).  When it came time to pay, he gave us a discount for paying cash, so the total was less than expected – which was a very pleasant surprise.  We later filed a claim with the manufacturer of the part that leaked in the ceiling, and we had to bug Shelby yet again for an updated paid invoice showing the discount.  He responded immediately then and every time we contacted him.

It’s often hard to find good, honest contractors.  We highly recommend Restore Master because they were responsive, efficient, and extremely easy to work with.  We felt their pricing was very fair, especially considering how quicky they responded to our emergency and because Shelby was so easy to work with regarding our requests for new or different paperwork.

There are many factors that go into the length of time this process takes to restore a property that has water damage. Typically the water damage cleanup and restoration prices takes 4-6 weeks but the time will very depending on the severity of your damage. Other factors that could extend the time needed restoration are environmental issues such as mold.

Yes! We work closely with insurance companies and help walk you through the filing of the claim to deductibles and what may/may not be covered. This process can seem overwhelming but our experts are well versed in understanding these various policies.

During the mitigation process, we will provide a quote based on your specific damage. This will vary due to the level of environmental or structural damages that may be present in your home or business and the labor required to complete the job.

Drying out the water from a damaged property is a time sensitive issue due to the potential for mold growth and contaminates that may form. When using our commercial drying equipment and dehumidifiers you can expect this process to take around 3 – 5 days. However, this can vary depending on the level of water damage in the property.

This will depend on the level of damage to your home and whether or not it is safe and suitable to reside in. Often times, we are able to relocate your personal items to another room or use a pod if necessary. We want to make the process as seamless as possible for you.

We help remove items near damaged areas, pack them up and then relocate them. Contents can be stored on your property or taken off site to one of our locations. We have a detailed system that inventories all of your belongings to ensure they are cleaned and properly looked after.

Our 4-step prices for restoring your home from a fire includes the following 4-step.

Initial Call: After you call emergency services, such as 911 to deal with the fire, call Restore Master to come and evaluate the damage that has occurred. Your safety is of utmost importance to us! Your insurance company should also be made aware of the damage as soon as possible to begin the claims process.
Overall Inspection: We will thoroughly inspect the property and assess the level of fire and smoke damage in the home. If the AC was running, soot could have moved throughout the property. Understanding level of smoke damage done by the fire is a key step to putting together a restoration game plan.
Content Removal and Cleaning: During the next step in the process, content removal and cleaning will begin and items that cannot be salvaged will be placed on a non salvage list for insurance purposes. Personal belongings that can be restored will be taken right away to our climate controlled storage facility where the deodorization and cleaning process will begin. Each item can be tracked as we move through this process, at the clients request.
Construction and Repair: Once your personal items and property have been restored, we will happily move belongings back into your home or business. At this point, our contractors have worked to restore your property to its pre-fire condition and you can safely move back into your home.
