We move personal property due to floods, mold, and fire. Our detailed 5 step pack out and pack in process is designed to protect our clients most valuable items. We care very much about protecting and restoring the things that mean the most to you! We will write down all the contents we pack and record the total loss inventory. Certain items that may have been damaged in a fire, for instance, may be placed on a non salvage list. These would be items that can’t be cleaned, repaired or restored.

We also have a really unique feature that is available upon request called content track. Clients can log in and see what is being cleaned, the status of the items and photos. We involve you in every step of the process and we clearly communicate during the process to keep it stress free for you!

Step 1

Contents Pack Out

Our team will remove all of the contents surrounding the damaged area so that the damages can be fixed with ease. This is a detailed and organized process, meant to provide you with ultimate peace of mind.

Step 2

Contents Storage On Site / Off Site

We can store your contents on site or we can take it off site to one of our remote locations. In certain cases, we can order pods to be placed at your home to store contents as well.

Step 3

Contents Manipulation

Our team can also move your contents from one side of the room to the other side of the room just so there can be enough space to work.

Step 4

Contents Inventory/TLI

We will write down all the contents we pack and record the total loss inventory. We also have a great feature called content track which allows customers to log in and see what is being cleaned and when. Upon request, you can have your own login and see the status as well as photos.

Step 5

Contents Pack In

Our team will be back to pack the contents back into your home or business after the damages have been fixed. Items such as furniture and TV’s will be will be placed in the rooms they came from. We offer unpacking of items for an additional fee.

Yes, due to fire we need to remove the odors from the materials in order to restore them.

We store items here in climate control environment. Once the home is completely empty and before repairs, we go out and wipe walls. We clean soft goods, clothing, furniture, love seats, nightstands, antiques, leather furniture, books, magazines ect. If items are brought back in the pack out but are non salvageable, they will get added to that non salvageable list.

These items will be counted as a loss. This is important as it relates to insurance claims.

Our pack out inventory process is extensive. We have companies that we use to repair certain items, like art for instance or furniture. This is built in the estimate.

We use outside specialist for art and furniture that has been damaged. These are trusted, local experts who take great pride in their work.

Yes, we can use pods or move items to one side of the house or room if space permits.
