Full Service Fire Damage Restoration
If you have experienced a fire disaster within your home or business, we understand what a distressing and potentially life threatening situation you have been through. Restore Master offers fire damage restoration services that focus on safely returning you to your home and bringing it back to its original state.
Our well qualified team will perform inventory of your items with photos and descriptions that will be sent over to the adjuster and then to insurance. They will also create a non-salvageable list of items that are considered lost or not repairable. We try to get clothing and electronics out of the home first. Next, items will be taken to the warehouse to be cleaned and this is done very quickly. If there is any smell left from smoke damage, we will ozone it or use hydroxyls in order to clean the items. To help our clients through the fire restoration process, we have outlined a few steps our team will take during this time.

// our process
Our 4-Step Fire Damage Restoration Process will get your home restored asap!
Step 1
Initial Call
When we get called directly by client, we will go out and take photos and asses property. At this time, insurance may give us the go ahead to begin inspecting the property or they may prefer to have an adjustor come out and inspect the property themselves. Adjusters need to determine what may have caused the fire. Once we have the go ahead from the insurance we can begin cleaning walls to prevent the smoke odor from getting worse.
Step 2
Overall Inspection
We will do a broad inspection of the property to see how it is framed. It is important to focus on the immediate affected material from the fire, ie.. charred framing, drywall and cabinets and then examine where the soot may have traveled to within the property. We will check and see if the AC has been running, which would move the soot throughout the home. A detailed inspection may include taking dimensions of the rooms and checking all building material. Being thorough is key during this process. We will then write an estimate and submit to the carrier and once approved, we can begin the work.
Step 3
Content Removal / Cleaning
Items are removed from the home or business and packed up to be taken to our climate controlled facility. Here everything will be cleaned and deodorized. We use contents track which allows customers to login and see what items are going through the cleaning process and when. Upon request, you can have a login which will allow you to see the progress being made to your items. Any damaged items and materials are removed from the fire site. Smoke has fine particulates that can get into the wall cavities so depending on how the fire was put out, we can determine how to remove that smell.
Step 4
Restoration of Property and Contents Returned
After a fire, our smoke odor sealing and deodorization process will work to remove unwanted fire odors from you home. This is a big concern for our clients after they have experienced a fire. We offer upholstery cleaning and smoke and soot structure cleaning. Being a fully licensed, full service restoration contractor means we can restore your home to it’s full potential. Our skilled technicians offer expertise in this area so you can rest easy. After your structural repairs have been made, our team will return your items to the home. We will exceed your expectations!
