Over the course of many years, Restore Master has worked with various insurance companies and agents. We work with all insurance providers and are familiar with the different estimating platforms they may use. Understanding these platforms helps us relay information back to our clients in a clear and concise way. We have spent years cultivating relationships with carriers and walk our clients through the claim process, which can be pretty detailed.
For example, in a fire damage emergency, a lot of clients don’t understand the claim process. Each task is broken down separately. Contents pack out and in are written separate as well as contents cleaning. Structural repairs are written separate. Everything gets segmented to the carrier and from there they release payments out. Contents and structure have different coverage. We are able to review policies and help our clients understand this process. We are trained in how to read policies and how to help determine what is sudden and accidental. After we have a finalized estimate from the carrier, we can give a better idea if there will be any out of pocket costs. Our team are specialized in insurance claims and will provide key insight and support during throughout this process.
