Robert Clarke24 September 2026Kathie and I had a major flooding event at our home on Wednesday, September 16. On referral from our carrier, Kathie contacted Restore Master. Despite the late hour, and the fact that we weren't the only ones contacting Restore Master with flooding events, Al came by to inspect the damage. His team, including Agra, soon arrived. The team set up an air scrubber (mold concern) and dehumidifier. They removed damaged carpeting and baseboard and then let the equipment work before they tackled the demolition portion of the job. Al and Agra completed the demolition in several hours over two days and their work was excellent. They protected all of our home, moved furniture for us, and left our damaged room clean and dry. Al and Agra are professional, friendly, and excellent at their work. Throughout the project, Al addressed all our concerns and answered all our questions and always asked if we had any additional questions. They are great representatives for Restore Master.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.Posted on Google

Jeff Thompson10 September 2026Highly recommended. From the beginning to finish everything was done professionally and on time. Steve Cotney and his entire crew kept me informed on what they were doing and made sure it was done correctly. Most impressive was how they don’t cut corners to save on cost or time. They kept me informed on the next step so I knew what to expect. Before the last crew left after completion they had me make sure they didn’t miss anything. I would recommend to anyone that’s not sure who to hire ( I had a water pipe break).Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.Posted on Google

Cherie Walton13 August 2026Restore Master is the best! Water started coming down from our kitchen ceiling one afternoon. We shut off the water but were left with a wet mess. After making a few calls, Restore Master was the only company who would come out and help right away. They cut a hole in the ceiling to access the damage, pulled down the wet insulation, and set up fans to dry everything out. They were very careful about covering the countertops and flooring to protect them from additional damage. We worked with Shelby Cain, Jr. regarding the cost to mitigate the damage and to provide costs to repair and restore the kitchen. He was great! The mitigation invoice was highly detailed, so we knew exactly what we were paying for. After he provided us with a highly detailed repair estimate, we asked him to break it down into a couple of different estimates so we could handle the repair costs in stages (e.g., one estimate to replace the insulation and close the hole in the ceiling and a separate one to come back and paint). When it came time to pay, he gave us a discount for paying cash, so the total was less than expected – which was a very pleasant surprise. We later filed a claim with the manufacturer of the part that leaked in the ceiling, and we had to bug Shelby yet again for an updated paid invoice showing the discount. He responded immediately then and every time we contacted him. It’s often hard to find good, honest contractors. We highly recommend Restore Master because they were responsive, efficient, and extremely easy to work with. We felt their pricing was very fair, especially considering how quicky they responded to our emergency and because Shelby was so easy to work with regarding our requests for new or different paperwork.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.Posted on Google

David Hawash18 May 2026I had a disaster in my laundry room. The fire sprinkler suppression system pipe burst and luckily we were home, or else it would have caused the whole house to flood. Al Bytyqi and his crew were awesome. They came and actually inspected it fully. They were on time and they took the time to get to the real issue. They first cut a square out to save me money, but there was insulation and they ended up having to remove the whole ceiling. They did it right, quick, and cleaned everything up. What was most important is they sealed up the door to the house and made sure nothing got out when drying. They were on time, Al was super nice and respectful of the property. I would recommend him and Restore Master to anyone that needs remediation services.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.Posted on Google
LaVOR16 May 2026The water heater went out at 6:55 a.m. on 5/13/2026. The lady of the house yelled that "water is pouring out from the heater!". Thankfully, she was in the garage getting bird seed to feed the birds at the time, so we caught it quickly around 7:10 a.m., just before I had to leave for work. We acted fast to contain the water before it reached the house. Once I got to work, I called three vendors we normally use, but no luck since they only handle commercial work. I also tried contacting the guy who helped us last year when our storage tank failed, but his number had been disconnected. At 9:27 a.m., I called Greg from Restore Master and explained the situation. His response was, “No problem, I’ll take care of you.” My response was, “Okay, I’m going to enjoy the ride.” From there, everything was seamless. The office staff gathered the necessary information and kept me updated on who would be contacting me and arriving at the house. Everyone showed up exactly as communicated. The plumbers assessed the situation, explained a creative solution, and I was completely on board with it. We held up overnight and they returned at 8:00 a.m. the next morning to remove and install the new water heater. Price is what you pay — VALUE is what you get. Everyone involved was polite, professional, and articulated themselves extremely well. From start to finish, this was one of the best customer service experiences we've had during a stressful situation. I highly recommend Restore Master. They mean what they say — no empty words. It’s clearly part of the company’s bond and culture.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.Posted on Google

David Dixon19 August 2025We own a vacation home in Surprise, AZ. After being away for several days, we returned for a golf retreat only to discover that the house was completely flooded. The water was so severe that I had trouble opening the front door, and when I finally did, water rushed out like a wave of shock and disappointment. We called Restore Masters at 2 a.m., and their team arrived by 4 a.m. to begin work immediately. They brought in so many blowers I lost count. Now, nearly three weeks later, demolition is still underway, and Restore Masters continues to handle the situation with professionalism and clear communication. It’s not easy being out of state while your home is in the care of strangers, but I’ve grown confident and comfortable knowing the Restore Masters team is committed to restoring my house properly, without mold or mildew issues. They carefully packed and labeled all of our belongings and stored them in their warehouse, while also working directly with my insurance company by providing photos and documentation of the damage. A special thank-you goes to Karina Leyva, who has been incredibly helpful and responsive—often replying to texts even on her days off. She’s truly been a shining star through this devastation. I’d also like to thank Joseph McCaslin, the project manager, for representing me during the insurance adjuster’s visit, since I couldn’t be there in person. I highly recommend Restore Masters to anyone facing a flooding disaster in their home. From the very beginning, their entire team has been responsible, respectful, and highly professional. We still have a long road ahead, but I am confident this company will see it through.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.Posted on Google

diane monahan10 April 2025Restore Masters has been repairing water damage in the primary bedroom of my elderly parents condo. They have been easy to work with and professional. Amber in the office is a sweetheart who follows through and always gets back to me. Bob came to my parents place late yesterday and there was a bit of confusion as to the job that we wanted done. Normally he would have come with a crew but by himself he ripped out carpet and moved heavy furniture in order to get the job done. My parents, sister and I were very grateful and appreciative. marrtyler3330 November 2024These guys were phenomenal! We had a toilet bust and leak out underneath the flooring and it was a nightmare that we dreaded dealing with. We found Restore Master on a random google search and spoke to Olyvia who was super sweet and talked us through the process. I'm terrible with internet communication and she was even patient with my delayed responses and confusion. Bless her. She sent us Nasir who came out and assessed the damage and was patient and informative with my many detailed questions. Before we knew it, we had a team of plumbers and carpenters all of whom were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and informative. This house is an old matchbox trailer and when things inevitably broke like the stained yellow pvc piping and barely functioning water main, it was fixed in the same day without any worry to me. Shelby who sent us the previews of the flooring, was able to upgrade our choice to a pricier one at no extra charge so shoutout to her. I can't sing praises enough to Bob, Argon, Christian, Angel and Allen who were the hands-on dudes who spent all day doing this dirty work. My bathroom looks brand new and shiny now and it was done quickly and stress-free. Seriously big thanks to all mentioned, I 11/10 recommend these guys.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.Posted on Google

In an industry where upselling can be common, the team at Restore Master provided me with sincere recommendations that were in my best interest, not theirs. Jessica Beuerlein26 April 2023We used this company for our downstairs bedroom that unfortunately experienced a leak in the drywall. This company did an amazing job restoring the room to an even better state! Each subcontractor that was referred to us by Restore Master (Nasur) - drywall repair, painting, baseboards/door trim, carpet - were all 5 stars. We had our room all fixed up in less than a month which is unheard of in this type of business. Restore Master made a "not so fun" situation into something rather enjoyable! We will be referring all of our friends and family to the business :)Load more
