Using moisture meters we will determine the level of saturation we are working with and what may need to be removed in order to dry everything out and begin the water extraction and cleanup process. Depending on the level of water damage, this may include removing baseboards or tearing out carpets and pads. We will work to determine a plan which would include determining whether the home is habitable and safe to reside in and walk you through filing a claim with your insurance carrier.

Using our commercial drying equipment and dehumidifier’s our first goal is to remove the water and get the structure completely dried out. This is time sensitive, in order to prevent mold and other contaminates from forming. Depending on the level of water damage, this process of drying out and removal may take anywhere from 3-5 days.
